The infrared sauna emits far beams. (FIR sauna) It has a detoxifying impact on the human cells, in that way it is one of the best methods of detoxication. The ’lying’ infrared sauna has its impact on the user in a lying position, in that way it does not overcharge your heart. In an optimal case the infrared sauna should be between 55-58 Celsius and one should spend 35-45 minutes in it, but of course it is optional. It may be less or more, as well. Before entering the sauna you should have a big glass of water or green tea, or some detoxifying kind of tea made of herbs, as in the sauna blood pressure may drop because of heavy sweating. After staying in the sauna you should intake some more fluid because of the loss. If you did not feel good in the infrared sauna in spite of that, then stop using the sauna and switch it off. You should put a towel under yourself. After using the sauna it is recommended to have a shower immediately.


Because of the heat pores of the skin widen and the toxicants leaving your body with sweat can easily get back to it if you do not remove them.
